Officer responds to loose horse complaint in Meeker

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a rural area near South 3414 Road in Meeker for a possible loose or problematic horse after a caller, who sounded very shaken, requested an officer. Deputies also tried to contact a nearby neighbor believed to own the horse.
