Truck driver repeatedly blowing horn on roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a dark blue semi-truck towing a tanker repeatedly sounding its horn while traveling northeast of Mechanicstown toward Carrollton. Deputies were informed of the situation as a possible disturbance on Slaneville Road.
