Wellness check for resident with mental health concerns

As discussed during the dispatch call, a wellness check was requested at a residence on Rhea Valley Road in Meadowview for two people, after one reportedly told a relative goodbye and is known to have mental health conditions. The reporting person also requested a callback from deputies.
