Report of drag racing on Magnolia Progress Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of possible reckless driving and drag racing near Magnolia Progress Road, with vehicles reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed and last seen heading north toward Magnolia. Units planned extra patrols in the area in response to the complaint.
