Possible assault or welfare concern in bushes near storage unit

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported seeing a male on top of a thrashing female in bushes near E Colombero Dr in McCloud. The caller was unsure if they were fighting and thought the female may be under the influence and the male was holding her down. An open storage unit with items scattered in the street was also reported nearby.
