Traffic stop after car passes downed train gates

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies conduct a traffic stop near First and Lake in Maywood involving a red Toyota minivan that reportedly drove around lowered railroad gates and nearly was hit between a passing commuter train and a freight train.
