Welfare check at home after missed meal delivery

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was requested near (number withheld) North German Street in Mayville for a man on a meal delivery program. The door was found open, and there has been no contact since last Friday's meal delivery. Emergency contacts were notified but no communication was made with the individual.
