Woman with stroke history losing consciousness on Hwy 142

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call for an adult woman with a history of stroke who was in and out of consciousness near Highway 142. A separate crash north of town involved an older woman with arm pain and airbags deployed, and responders considered but could not obtain air transport.
