Patient damages property at hospital, flees on foot

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a male patient causing a disturbance and damaging property at a hospital near Division Street and the west emergency room entrance. Staff reportedly believed he was seeking drugs and activated a panic alarm. The man left on foot, was later located near Division Street by a nearby bar, and was detained near Division and Geneva before being taken to jail.
