As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units were sent to a residence near South Dewey Street in Maryville for a possible cardiac issue involving a 63-year-old woman with chest pressure and shortness of breath after nitroglycerin did not relieve her symptoms and aspirin was administered.
