Reported vehicle fire found to be planned burn

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were sent to a reported vehicle fire at a business near John Street. The caller said an employee was with the vehicle and it still appeared to be burning. Responding units later found the situation on the Stephen Street side of the property and reported that tanks were being burned off as part of normal operations.
