Vehicle crash into tree, driver uninjured

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded near San Marcos Highway and Thomas Drive for a report of a 24-year-old male whose vehicle struck a tree about 20 minutes earlier. Airbags deployed and the vehicle, a black Toyota RAV4, was disabled and parked off the roadway. Separate EMS traffic described a bariatric patient in an RV who had been unable to walk for several days and needed assistance getting down steps, with additional units requested to help move the patient.
