Unresponsive female with labored breathing reported near W High St

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a medical call near W High St in Marshalltown for an unconscious, unresponsive female reported not breathing. Later radio traffic indicated she had labored breathing but was stuck and responders could not easily move her to perform CPR.
