Suspicious ATV activity near Main Street apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from Mars Hill of two people on ATVs acting erratically near an apartment across from a location on Main Street. One person was reportedly acting as a lookout while the other went in and out of the apartment.
