Dogs left in car at medical center with AC running

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of one or two dogs left inside a parked vehicle near the main entrance of a medical center. Officers located the black Toyota SUV and spoke with the owner, who said the air conditioning was running because it is a hybrid vehicle.
