Welfare check for person with self-harm marks at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a home near Thomas Drive for a possible welfare check on a juvenile who appeared to be in a mental health crisis and may have left home, after a friend reported self-harm concerns and contact with a crisis hotline. The juvenile was located and told officers she was listed as missing.
