Orange smoke reported near Canton Street and Pearl Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and EMS units were dispatched to check reports of an orange plume of smoke that appeared and dissipated near Canton Street and Pearl Avenue, with no flames seen at the time of the call.
