As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a black Chrysler sedan driving recklessly on state Route 95 eastbound from the US 23 area near University Drive, including stopping in the roadway and reportedly running a red light. Units were asked to check the area, but the reporting driver was no longer following the vehicle.
