Multi-vehicle crash on Sugar Hill Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a possible traffic incident on Sugar Hill Road near Marion involving approximately eight to ten vehicles. The nature of the incident appears to be a vehicle collision or road obstruction.
