Female found unconscious in car at Children's Academy

As discussed during the dispatch call, police and EMS were dispatched to the parking lot of a childcare facility near Front Street and County Road for a report of a woman passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle. A man was reportedly trying to help her, and responders later indicated the situation may have involved a disabled vehicle rather than a medical emergency. In a separate call, an ambulance was requested to a grocery store on Merchants Way for a possible cardiac issue.
