Suspicious vehicle loitering at Marine Elementary

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious vehicle parked for several hours at an elementary school in Marine. A male dressed in white was reportedly sitting in a black vehicle and loitering in the parking lot.
