Tree down on phone lines on Rose Hill Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to Rose Hill Road near Church Road in the Town of Marcellus for reports of phone lines down with a tree on top of them. The incident involved downed wires that were hanging low across the area.
