Officers check open 911 call near South Missouri

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible open 911 line near the 800 block of South Missouri Street after hearing movement and a vehicle door but getting no verbal response. They later contacted the caller inside the building, who reported speaking freely with no emergency.
