Semi truck stopped on shoulder near Mantua exit

As discussed during the dispatch call, a semi truck was reported pulled off on the right shoulder westbound near the Mantua exit. Hazards were on, and one person appeared to be walking nearby. Medical assistance was later dispatched to the scene.
