Fire alarm at large manufacturing building

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units and police responded to a reported fire alarm at a large two-story manufacturing facility near Mulberry Street after a smoke detector activation on a monitoring system. Nothing apparent was showing from two sides of the building, and crews began investigating. There was also a separate report of a subject possibly struck in the head, with police already on scene.
