Man sprays woman and child with sticky liquid

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 call about a possible domestic dispute at a residence on North Broadway Street in Manly. A man reportedly sprayed a woman and her child with a sticky substance from a water bottle and then threw the bottle before leaving the area.
