Person threatens to overdose on medication at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were requested to conduct a welfare check for a potentially suicidal person at a residence near Ruxton Avenue. Caller reported the person felt hopeless after relationship problems, had access to medications, and was planning to use them to self-harm.
