Woman in and out of consciousness needs lift assist

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched to a location on River Street in Manistee for a reported 66-year-old woman who was in and out of consciousness. A medic later requested additional personnel to assist with lifting the patient at the same location.
