Suspicious man in parked car at Cedar Circle

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to check on a reported suspicious man sitting in a brown Honda sedan parked at the cul-de-sac near Cedar Circle. The caller said the man appeared larger and burly and was acting suspicious after contact was attempted.
