Fire alarm at apartment during power outage

As discussed during the dispatch call, firefighters responded to a general fire alarm at an apartment building on Second Street Northwest in Mandan during a wider power outage affecting traffic lights in the west side of the city. Crews found the building being evacuated and later reset the alarm and cleared the scene.
