Person flees Target on foot toward nearby mall

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible theft after a person reportedly ran from a store near the mall, last seen going uphill by a nearby restaurant. The person was described over the radio as a male wearing a white T-shirt and a black backpack.
