Male expresses suicidal thoughts without weapons

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement was asked to assist medical responders with a possible suicidal man during a welfare check near Smoke Ridge Road in Malvern. The man reportedly said he does not want to live anymore but denied having weapons or being violent.
