Person with agonal breathing near Lake Shore Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a possible medical emergency involving a conscious patient at a residence near Lakeshore Drive and Old Midway Road. Responders later reported the patient appeared to have agonal respirations and directed a medic unit to enter through the front door.
