Water rescue operation at Tucker Park river crossing

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency teams responded to a possible water rescue near Tucker Park off Maidens Road. Goochland Fire and EMS coordinated rescue boats along the river, with Car 2 assuming command on scene.
