Reckless black Cadillac reported on I-90 near Magnolia

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies received a complaint about a black Cadillac sedan driving recklessly westbound on Interstate 90 near Magnolia. The vehicle reportedly crossed the centerline, changed lanes without signaling, and drove on the shoulder before speeding away.
