Neighbor displays possible weapon during argument

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reports an argument with a neighbor over lawn mowing during which the neighbor displayed an object that appeared to be a weapon in an attempt to intimidate the caller. It is unclear if the object was an actual weapon.
