Woman with warrant found on scooter at Valley View

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer contacted a woman on a scooter near a Valley View address and confirmed she had an active pickup warrant from Independence. Another officer later spoke with a man at Longwood Park who reported his mother missing for a few hours and said she had made possible suicidal comments. Independence authorities advised that the woman with the warrant could be released.
