Charcoal placed in propane grill at pool area

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a 911 hang-up from near the (number withheld) block of Lakefront Drive in Woodlawn. A male caller briefly reported that people were putting charcoal into a propane grill in the pool area before the call was disconnected.
