Officer checks man seen looking through porch boxes

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers in Lytle, Texas responded to a report of a man looking through boxes on a porch near a local intersection. After contacting him, they determined the situation was code four and it appears he was there to feed cats and change their food and water.
