As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a shopping area near Long Beach Boulevard in Lynwood for a report of two adult men allegedly inhaling nitrous oxide inside a black SUV, possibly a Jeep, parked in the lot. The reporting person left the scene before officers arrived.
