Female with right shin wound and heavy bleeding treated

As discussed during the dispatch call, a female with a right shin wound and heavy bleeding was stabilized and transported near Paul Maillard Rd. The wound was bandaged prior to EMS arrival, and the patient's vitals were stable. No further interventions were needed at this time.
