As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies are responding to a report near Bobo Lane where a caller says her ex-fiancé is trying to take her child. The caller believes he is about 20 minutes out coming from Jessup and may arrive in a 2010 black Chevrolet Silverado that may not have a license plate.
