False fire alarm at Lower Lake High School

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a partial fire alarm in a girls bathroom area at Lower Lake High School on Lake Street, which was later canceled as a false alarm. In a separate call, crews were sent to Honeymoon Cove Road near Crestview Drive for a hazardous condition involving electrical lines reported down and arcing.
