Elderly man may be without insulin for three days

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a welfare check on an older man near 13th Street in Lovelock after a relative reported he may have gone several days without needed insulin and has limited mobility and access to food and water. The man’s vehicle was not at the residence, and there were dogs in the backyard.
