Man in 30s suffers cardiac arrest on Rice's Run Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Rice’s Run Road in Lost Creek for a possible cardiac arrest involving an adult male who became unresponsive and was not breathing. CPR and an electric shock were administered, and the patient was moved onto a safety stretcher while additional units were guided to the scene by a caller in a gray Chevy with hazard lights on.
