Man manipulates gas station card readers, then leaves

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to reports of a suspicious man at a gas station on Bell Street who was manipulating the fuel pumps and card readers. He was reportedly carrying a gas can and later left toward the nearby highway on a skateboard.
