Crash alert at East Highway 9 found to be false

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a reported crash near the 3700 block of East Highway 9 Business. After checking the area and speaking with bystanders who had dropped a phone from a vehicle, responders determined there was no actual accident and cleared the scene.
