Broken down tanker blocks southbound Highway 73

I think a tanker truck is broken down, blocking the whole roadway on the southbound lane at mile marker 53 on highway 73.

I think there's closer on it, it's broke down.

Has a hood up, wants an officer to check it out.

10-4, I'm being rough.
