Person having seizure in vehicle on Nashua and Parmenter

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and medical crews were dispatched to the intersection of Nashua Road and Parmenter Road for a person reportedly having a severe seizure in a stopped vehicle. A caller also reported a possible odor of a substance referred to as 318B.
