Domestic dispute with intoxicated man at residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a possible domestic disturbance near Simcoe Hill Road in the Town of Chemung. A male and female were reportedly involved in a physical altercation. Firearms were said to be secured inside the residence, and the male appeared intoxicated and had previously attempted self-harm.
